Heavy is a detrimental status effect that causes reduced movement speed for the duration of the effect.

Note: this is not the same as Slow, which instead affects attack delay and weaponskill and spell recast timers.

Player actions inflicting Heavy:

•   Leg Graze - Physical Ranged DPS Role Action
•   Lost Manawall (on self) - Lost Action
