Walkthrough
The magitek armor with a fuel tank is at (X:26.8, Y:9.8)

Steps
*Speak with Jullus.
*Use a Ist Legion incendiary #37 on the destroyed magitek armor to retrieve a ceruleum tank.
*Wait at the designated location.
*Speak with Jullus.

Journal
*Now that the fire has burned out, Jullus is ready to move on.

Dialogue
Optional dialogue
Alphinaud: Owing to the wealth of experience I've accrued in gathering firewood, I was even able to provide Jullus with some basic pointers on the subject. I thought it might help to further build a rapport...and to distract him from his other concerns.

Alisaie: Well, at least my clothes are finally dry. Though they could still do with a proper wash.

Accepting the quest
Jullus: All right, now that you've recovered from your escapades in the pond, there's another location I'd like to search, just outside the park.

Optional dialogue
Alphinaud: The warmachina appears to be patrolling the area of its own volition. I wonder whether it is simply following its original orders, or if it now serves the Telophoroi...

Alisaie: Everything was built on an enormous scale, and with thick, cleanly cut stone─much like Amaurot. Given what we now know, such similarities are no coincidence.

Speak with Jullus.
Jullus: As you can see, this place is littered with the remnants of various types of warmachina.
Jullus: While my comrades and I have already recovered the tanks from the less-damaged units, those that took a more severe beating are harder to scavenge. We decided to save those for another time ─ that time being now.
Jullus: Rather than prise them apart, piece by piece, it would be quicker to remove the outer casing using compact explosives. With luck, we'll gain access to the tanks without rupturing them.
Jullus: Though the force generated by these devices is relatively weak, I would advise you stand well clear to avoid being hit by any shrapnel.
Jullus: Before even bothering, though, you should check the machina's ceruleum gauge to see if there is any left. It should still provide an accurate reading even when the unit itself is inactive.
Jullus: If the gauge is broken... I'll let you decide whether to use an explosive or not. Should you need more, come to me.
Alphinaud: Understood. Let's get to work.

Use a Ist Legion Incendiary #37 on the destroyed magitek armor to retrieve a ceruleum tank.
Optional dialogue
(If you still have Ist Legion Incendiary #37 in your inventory.)
Jullus: You still have the explosives I gave you, yes?
Jullus: Remember to check the ceruleum gauge before attempting to remove the outer casing.
Jullus: If the gauge has been damaged and you can't determine if there's any fuel left to recover, use your best judgment.

(If there are no Ist Legion Incendiary #37 in your inventory.)
Jullus: Need some more? Here.
Jullus: I've a fair amount of explosives to spare today, but tomorrow is another story. We can't afford to waste them on units with nothing to offer, so be sure to check the gauge first.
Jullus: Of course, if the gauge is damaged, it's up to you to make the call.

> Destroyed Magitek Armor (X:28.1, Y: 10.6), (X:26.9, Y:10.2)
According to the ceruleum gauge, this unit's fuel tank is empty.

> Destroyed Magitek Armor (X:27.9, Y:10.3), (X:28.3, Y:9.4),
The ceruleum gauge on this unit appears to have been broken, giving you no way to determine how much fuel its tank may hold...
> [Item: Ist Legion Incendiary #37]
After successfully removing the warmachina's outer casing and retrieving the ceruleum tank, you find it to be completely empty...

> Destroyed Magitek Armor (X:26.8, Y:9.9)
The ceruleum gauge on this unit appears to have been broken, giving you no way to determine how much fuel its tank may hold...
> [Item: Ist Legion Incendiary #37]
You retrieve the warmachina's ceruleum tank to find...it is still half-full! Or half-empty, depending on one's perspective. Either way, Jullus will surely be pleased by your discovery.

Deliver the warmachina ceruleum tank to Jullus.
Jullus: More explosives? ...Wait, is that what I think it is?
Jullus: You've done it again! Truly, luck is on your side.
Jullus: With this, we should be able to refuel quite a few of our heaters.
Jullus: It's time we headed back. Wait here while I go and see how Alisaie and Alphinaud are faring.

Wait at the designated location. (Cutscene)
| Voiced cutscene |
Thancred: Finally escaped the watchful gaze of your keepers, have we?
Thancred: Don't react. You'll only draw attention to yourself. Just carry on as you are and listen.
Thancred: After you left with the Garlean lad, Lucia bade a few of us scouts follow you at a discreet distance.
Thancred: We observed you being led into the station, but decided against venturing inside.
Thancred: When you emerged some time later, and we saw that the twins were sporting magitek collars, it was clear what had taken place.
Thancred: Now, as quietly as you can, tell me everything.
Thancred: The legatus himself, eh? Now there's a surprise.
Thancred: This is also the first I've heard of a plan to join forces with the Xth and storm the Tower of Babil.
Thancred: An interesting development...and perhaps the opportunity we've been waiting for.
Thancred: Our comrades back at the camp also received some rather promising news, but it's still too early to get our hopes up.
Thancred: For now, keeping yourselves out of harm's way comes before all else. Whatever demands the Garleans make, indulge them.
Thancred: With luck, this will all be over soon. Until then.

Jullus: They had not gone far.
Alisaie: We searched high and low, but no luck, I'm afraid. I might've guessed you'd be the only one to find anything.
Jullus: I wasn't expecting much to begin with. Eventually, there will be nothing left out here for us to safely salvage.
Jullus: For now, this will have to suffice. We should return to the station.

1st Legion Soldier: Ah, there you are. Heard you'd gone hunting for ceruleum above ground.
1st Legion Soldier: Brought back a king's ransom?
Jullus: Hardly. But thanks to these three, we have enough to last a little while longer.
1st Legion Soldier: Well, well. It's not at all what I was expecting, these ones. For savages, they seem positively docile.
1st Legion Soldier: Ah, it's a poor attempt at humor. In all honesty, I'm grateful for your efforts. But even with another night of warmth, there are those among us who may not live to see the morrow...
Quintus: I trust your expedition was fruitful.
Jullus: Lord Quintus!
Quintus: Use what you procured to refuel the armor.
Jullus: But sir, what about the heaters for the camp?
Quintus: The time for action is upon us.
Quintus: My men and I have matters to discuss. In the meantime, you are to wait here. Do not forget ─ you are being watched.

Alisaie: “The time for action”... What did he mean by that?
Alphinaud: I can only speculate. Clearly something requiring their magitek, given what we just heard. Whether they plan to utilize it now or after they join with the Xth is another question...
Alphinaud: Will they ever escape this cold? Return to and reclaim the idyllic spaces of which Jullus spoke...?
Alisaie: Finished your war council?
Jullus: Alphinaud and Alisaie are to stay here...as our prisoners. They will be released once your comrades have relinquished their supplies and withdrawn from Garlean soil.
Jullus: Until our terms are met, they will be detained at a separate location.
Alisaie: After everything we've said and done, this is how you treat us!?
Alphinaud: Our allies have but limited supplies. They may stave off cold and starvation for a short while, but what then!?

For now, keeping yourselves out of harm's way comes before all else. Whatever demands the Garleans make, indulge them.

What will you say?
> Do as he says.
> Everything will be all right. Have faith.

Jullus: Get them out of here.
It is not advisable to kill the Treasure Hunters as they will buy you time by engaging the Tonberry Stalker. When they are defeated, the Tonberry Stalker will come for you.
This dungeon was designed with fewer barriers than dungeons in subsequent patches thereby enabling many more mobs to be pulled at once. Tanks attempting wall-to-wall pulls should split their pulls or pop more mitigations than usual.
Lore
The Temple Of The Tonberries
Decades of kobold mining deep beneath O'Ghomoro gradually weakened upper La Noscea to the point that, when the Calamity struck, the land surrounding Bronze Lake collapsed, draining its waters and revealing a palace of unparalleled beauty. Thought to have been built by the Nymian Civilization, which thrived in the area some fifteen centuries ago, the palace appears to have been dedicated to their patron deity, Oschon, the Wanderer.

In search of the bounty she may hold, adventurers delved into this forsaken place to find it populated by green-skinned fiends the likes of which none had ever seen. Known as tonberries, the creatures were revealed to be citizens of Nym who fell victim to a disfiguring plague—part of a cruel Mhachi plot that unleashed upon them the pestilence-carrying voidsent, Bitoso. As the Fifth Astral Era neared its end, those afflicted were isolated within the Wanderer's Palace, but with no cure in sight and panic gripping the nation, Nymian mages swelled the land’s waters, drowning the temple and sealing all of its inhabitants within.

Tonberry King
The leader of the tonberries, his crimson garb identifies him as a former high mage of Nym. His unbridled rage towards those who imprisoned them at the bottom of the lake transformed him into the embodiment of rancor—a rancor that was amplified by his arcane affinity and consumed all of his kin, leaving them mindless vessels of vengeance.

Mamool Ja Occupation
Bound no more by the rancor of their fallen king, the tonberries slowly began to regain their senses—with a little help from devoted friends such as the scholar Surito Carito.

Yet all thoughts of peace were soon put to the blade, as a band of Mamool Ja mercenaries hailing from the New World stormed the walls of the Wanderer’s Palace and seized the temple for their own. Calling themselves the Silverscales, these unscrupulous sellswords saw the tonberries as little more than a source of labor and forced the hapless creatures into slavery. It would fall to righteous adventurers to vanquish these interlopers from afar and liberate their thralls.

Manxome Molaa Ja Ja
Both leader and second-in-command of the Silverscales, Mola Ja Ja was born of an inter-tribal marriage, a union which occasionally results in two-headed offspring. Known as "blessed siblings," these individuals are groomed for leadership from birth indeed, Molaa Ja Ja's purpose for crossing the sea to Eorzea was to win glory and strengthen his claim to the throne of the Aurarch, ruler of all Mamool Ja. Upon arriving, however, he struggled to find employment for his warband and in a bid to make a name in this foreign land, he took the drastic step of capturing a piece of it.
