*After convincing the [[Ferae Domitae]] to withdraw, you and [[Alphinaud]] rejoin the main host outside the gates, and the assault begins in earnest. All proceeds as planned until a unit of airborne magitek armor launches a counterattack, throwing the Allied forces into chaos... Moments later, however, your [[Far East]]ern allies, led by Lord [[Hien]], swoop in to the rescue, engage the imperial flying machines, and leave the [[Eorzean Alliance|Alliance]] free to resume their attack. The gate buckles under the renewed assault, and soon gives way.

*Now begins the battle for the future of a nation. Together with the brave men and women of the Eorzean Alliance and the [[Ala Mhigan Resistance|Resistance]], you and your fellow adventurers must enter the city and make for the castle where [[Zenos yae Galvus]] resides, and put an end to his reign of terror. ※[[Ala Mhigo]] can be accessed via the [[Duty Finder]].

*Twice before, you faced Zenos yae Galvus, and twice before he beat you. But the third time proves different. The viceroy falters and withdraws, and subsequently erupts into maniacal laughter. At long last, you are become the beast he has longed to face, and so he bids you join him at the top of the Royal Palace, where the gods may bear witness to your dance.

*In the [[The Royal Menagerie|Royal Menagerie]], you are greeted by a terrible sight: [[Shinryu]], [[Ilberd]]'s draconic god of vengeance, at the mercy of the viceroy. Zenos fawns over the [[primal]], which he proclaims a being of pure violence, and muses upon how instrumental you were in its creation and capture. You regard him silently as he proceeds to mock his great-grandfather's legacy, while hinting at his own dark ambitions, biding your time to strike. At last, he declares that all he has done, he did but for the joy of doing it, and that only man has the wisdom and the clarity to embrace violence for its own sake... as you have.

*His manifesto thus delivered, Zenos frees Shinryu from its restraints and cries out defiantly as it bathes you both in dragon fire. Unscathed, your foe rises into the air and uses his power as a [[Resonant]] to merge with the primal, binding it to his will. As he towers over you, transformed, he glimpses Ilberd's final moments, and declares this to be “an ending to mark a new beginning,” before taking to the air. Nor is he mistaken. For if you and your comrades -- those stalwart yet humble adventurers who have stood by you from first to last -- do not stop Zenos yae Galvus... no one will. ※The Royal Menagerie can be accessed via the [[Duty Finder]].

*One day the world may be consumed by fire and blood, and all that you hold dear be forever lost. But not this day. Zenos yae Galvus, Legatus of the XIIth Legion, imperial viceroy of Ala Mhigo, has fallen.

*[[Alphinaud]] and [[Lyse]] join you in the Royal Menagerie as Zenos, returned to his former form, struggles to his feet, coughing blood. To their astonishment, he is filled with a joy he has never known, for he has experienced a moment unlike any other: clear and pure and real. He brings the blade to his neck and smiles the smile of a man at peace, and before Lyse can intervene, the deed is done. Zenos yae Galvus is dead.

*Soon after, [[Raubahn]], Hien, and others arrive, expecting a fight and are relieved to find there is none. Though Lyse is initially reluctant to celebrate, Hien urges her to raise a cheer for all those who fought for freedom. And so you, together with your many comrades and the leaders of the Eorzean Alliance and the Resistance, gather at the castle's ramparts, and as the horns spread word of the viceroy's death, the people of Ala Mhigo raise their voices in song...

*Lyse is unsure how to feel in the wake of Ala Mhigo's liberation. However, she knows that she does not want to keep you all to herself, and so she urges you to seek out your comrades, as they doubtless have much they wish to say.

*None can predict what the future holds now that Zenos is dead and Ala Mhigo and [[Doma]] are free. But your comrades are hopeful of a better tomorrow, and are prepared to do their utmost to ensure it comes to pass.

*Lyse remains where you left her, still quiet and thoughtful. Upon hearing you have made your rounds, she asks you to return with her to [[Rhalgr's Reach]], along with the other [[Scions of the Seventh Dawn]]. Clearly, something weighs on her mind, but what?

*In Rhalgr's Reach, before your gathered comrades, Lyse declares her intention to formally leave the Scions of the Seventh Dawn. The work to rebuild Ala Mhigo has only just begun, and she believes she cannot serve her homeland and the order both. Yet even if this marks the end of her tenure, you are still comrades, now and ever after -- and [[Y'shtola]] is not about to let her forget it. Overcome with emotion, Lyse's eyes begin to water, and you come together to embrace as Scions one final time...

If no walls are available, stand in the center -- getting knocked into the air is ''much'' less painful than receiving the DoT.

A good early placement for my cloud is halfway down the corridor, smooshed up against the wall. Later in the encounter, try to place this near a wall that has already been destroyed. This placement allows enough room to run by (to get away from Touchdown) without getting struck by lightning.

* Stand in the center of the platform unless targeted, to prevent Quasar from hitting any walls.
* Place any Cloud Calls away from the party, near a wall that will or has been destroyed.
* Prefer standing by a wall during Charge. Prefer standing in the center of the corridor if no walls are left or you can't get to one in time.

===Hraesvelgr===

This fight takes place on multiple pedestals, similar to the Kraken encounter from [[Hullbreaker Isle]], but much smaller. Unlike that encounter, platforms can and will be destroyed as the fight progresses, acting as a DPS check for the entire encounter.

Healers should prepare to be on the pedestal or one pedestal away from the tank at all times to keep them in healing range. DPS should be ready to chase down adds on other pedestals, returning to the healer and tank's platforms to top up and continue burning down the boss. DPS should spread out if they share the same platform, to minimize damage from Holy Breath. Hraesvelgr CAN be DPSed from the back by melee DPS (on a separate platform) with appropriate tank positioning (hitbox as yet untested).

'''Holy Breath''' - pulse AOE targeting a random player that takes up nearly an entire pedestal, no cast bar. It'll probably hit you once or twice, move out of its AoE or jump to another platform to avoid.

A good strategy is to snake Hraesvelgr around the edge of the arena, effectively playing leap frog with Tank just a platform ahead or behind of the dps. NOTE: at one point I got "stranded" on a pedestal by this attack and freaked out; don't worry about that. The jump circles will still work even if you no longer have directly adjacent pedestals.

'''Holy Sprites''' - a couple adds spawn after BBPDB. These seem to start attacking party members at random and are more of a nuisance as the fight progresses. DPS can pick these up without the need for tanking. Not yet tested if they do anything special if left alone.

'''Ice Cubes and Dragon Heads''' - an ice cube and a dragon head will appear and float toward each other, intersecting above a pedestal (yeah, probably the one you're on). When they collide they do a little explosion thing that kinda hurts, so get to a different pedestal before that happens. Ice cubes on their own that halt on the platform should be avoided -- they will apply heavy damage and a heavy debuff to any party member on the same platform.

* Be on the same platform or nearby to keep party members together.
* Avoid the huge square of death when Hraesvelgr prepares to destroy the platforms.

===Chieftain Moglin===
Just like [[Thornmarch]], this fight is primarily about managing the adds that spawn. However, this fight is much easier.

Moglin will periodically attempt to revive the adds; knock them away with abilities or auto-attack to prevent them from resurrecting. Healers should be on the lookout for Moglin casting Holy, which will do unavoidable AoE damage to the entire party.

This will deal party-wide damage based on how close you are to the landing spot. Run away from the indicator (to the other end of the platform) to avoid excess damage.

'''Charge''' - after landing, Poqhiraj charges down the corridor. This is unavoidable, and has a knockback effect as well. Players will take more damage the closer they are to the center, being knocked into the air if dead center. If no walls are available, stand in the center -- getting knocked into the air is ''much'' less painful than receiving the DoT.

A good early placement for my cloud is halfway down the corridor, smooshed up against the wall. Later in the encounter, try to place this near a wall that has already been destroyed. This placement allows enough room to run by (to get away from Touchdown) without getting struck by lightning.

* Stand in the center of the platform unless targeted, to prevent Quasar from hitting any walls.
* Place any Cloud Calls away from the party, near a wall that will or has been destroyed.
* Prefer standing by a wall during Charge. Prefer standing in the center of the corridor if no walls are left or you can't get to one in time.

===Hraesvelgr===

This fight takes place on multiple pedestals, similar to the Kraken encounter from [[Hullbreaker Isle]], but much smaller. Unlike that encounter, platforms can and will be destroyed as the fight progresses, acting as a DPS check for the entire encounter.

Healers should prepare to be on the pedestal or one pedestal away from the tank at all times to keep them in healing range. DPS should be ready to chase down adds on other pedestals, returning to the healer and tank's platforms to top up and continue burning down the boss. DPS should spread out if they share the same platform, to minimize damage from Holy Breath. Hraesvelgr CAN be DPSed from the back by melee DPS (on a separate platform) with appropriate tank positioning (hitbox as yet untested).

'''Holy Breath''' - pulse AOE targeting a random player that takes up nearly an entire pedestal, no cast bar. It'll probably hit you once or twice, move out of its AoE or jump to another platform to avoid.

'''Big Bad Pedestal-Destroying Breath''' - Hraesvelgr prepares a very big and very noticeable AOE that will destroy two pedestals at a time. If you or a party member alive or K.O'd are on a platform when destroyed you're removed from the fight just like Titan, you can lose all platforms so make sure you're conserving them and ideally saving a big one for last. A good strategy is to snake Hraesvelgr around the edge of the arena, effectively playing leap frog with Tank just a platform ahead or behind of the dps. NOTE: at one point I got "stranded" on a pedestal by this attack and freaked out; don't worry about that. The jump circles will still work even if you no longer have directly adjacent pedestals.

'''Holy Sprites''' - a couple adds spawn after BBPDB. These seem to start attacking party members at random and are more of a nuisance as the fight progresses. DPS can pick these up without the need for tanking. Not yet tested if they do anything special if left alone.

'''Ice Cubes and Dragon Heads''' - an ice cube and a dragon head will appear and float toward each other, intersecting above a pedestal (yeah, probably the one you're on). When they collide they do a little explosion thing that kinda hurts, so get to a different pedestal before that happens. Ice cubes on their own that halt on the platform should be avoided -- they will apply heavy damage and a heavy debuff to any party member on the same platform.

* Be on the same platform or nearby to keep party members together.
* Avoid the huge square of death when Hraesvelgr prepares to destroy the platforms.
* Spread out on each platform to avoid excess damage.

The first boss in the dungeon.
Spawns Adds (Choirtoad) throughout the fight. Inflicts debuff toad on two players that can't be dispelled and spawns two adds, these must be killed to dispell the debuff (Seems to hit the Healer and one DPS). Spawns two bubbles that inflict moderate damage and the debuff Damage Down.

==Strategy==
The Singularity Reactor is a fairly straightforward end-of-story trial. In general, dodge AoEs, kill adds when they do happen. It has three phases, although the most eventful are the first two.

Similar to Ramuh's Thunderstorm, four players at a time will be marked for a small lightning circle that will hit after them and everyone around them a few seconds. Simultaneously, Thordan will put aoe circles below other four players. These will turn into icy patches on the ground that will put heavy on everyone going through them. Move away from other members of the party to avoid stacking aoes and leaving room for movement.

He also casts '''Ancient Quaga''' throughout the fight, hitting for moderate party damage. Heal/shield through it as necessary.

After channeling The Dragon Eye, he will be able to use '''The Dragon's Gaze''', which inflicts a party-wide terror. As with any other gaze attack, turn your character away from him to avoid it completely.

He will cast '''Knights of the Round''' periodically as well, summoning different Knights of the Heavens' Ward who cannot be targeted to provide diferent mechanics to keep in mind. The first two will be '''Ser Janlenoux''' and '''Ser Adelphel''', who will charge around the room, putting a bleeding debuff on everyone on their path and leaving behind orbs of light. These will deal damage to players upon exploding. Note this debuff can be dispelled. Next will be '''Ser Vellguine''' who will stand outside of the platform and cast a column aoe that goes from one side to the other and can be easily avoided. '''Ser Hermenost''' will pop out next to Thordan with three small platforms that need to be stood upon. A single player for each one of them will suffice. Fail to do so and the entire party will be affected with paralyze. While the duration is not too long and this is not game-changing, your healers will thank you.

At around 15% to 10%, phase two will start. Thordan will leave the arena, letting his Knights have the spotlight.

'''Ser Zephirin''': He appears in the middle and immediately starts casting an aoe attack. This cannot be interrupted; however, the less health he has at the end of the cast, the weaker it hits the party.

Something else to look out for is Rapid Sever, which will hit the tank for quite a bit of damage in a short span of time.

Try to drop them on the edges if possible, as they put heavy on players in contact with the frozen ground they create. The other Knight, who stands on the edge of the arena, has a column attack that is targeted to a player, who will take less damage the closer they are to the source, like Anchag's in Amdapor Keep (Hard) or Biblos' in the Great Gubal Library.

'''Ser Grinnaux''': Also can't be targeted. He will cast four or five black aoe circles in the ground that will grow in size over time. In addition to the previous frozen circles, finding a safe spot can be difficult.

'''Ser Noudenet''': Again cannot be targeted. This one resembles Xande's meteorfall mecanic in Syrcus Tower; he will summon comet circles that will drop comets/meteors after a short while. There are four comet circles on the sides, and a meteor circle in the middle. Burn them before they drop their gifts.

'''Ser Guerrique''': At the same time of dealing with the comets, Guerrique will appear in the middle, casting a progressive round aoe that goes in phases. Move into the next or previous row of rocks to avoid getting hit.

After that, Thordan will reappear along with the Heavens' Ward outside of the arena, casting Light of Ascalon: a low hitting party-wide damage in succession that knocks everyone back. Once that's done, stack in the middle for heals and shields before he casts his ultimate.

Afterwards, his energy seems to be spent so he will only slash at random targets. Don't bother trying to get aggro at this point.

===Regula Van Hydrus===

* Stuns the tank and follows up with a high damage attack. Heal as necessary.

* Summons turrets every phase swap, with one additional turret per swap. Turrets target random party members and self-destruct if not killed in time, causing room-wide damage.

* During Phase 2 he moves to the walls and fires line AoEs. Simply move out of this.

* At the end of Phase 2 he does an AoE attack that hits everywhere except directly behind him.

===Harmachis===

* Sphinx form: Dodge AoEs, poison attack on the tank

* Serpent form: High damage tank buster (6000-8000+ damage)

* Naga form: Casts Petrification, a standard gaze attack that can be avoided by looking away from the boss while it is being cast.

* Anti-Machina form: A party member will be targeted with a high-damage missile, indicated by a small circle on the ground. Have one other party member stack on you to spread the damage.

===Lahabrea & Igeyorhm===

* There are two bosses active during the course of the fight. Whichever one is not active will cast line AoEs while the party fights the other boss.

* Both bosses will periodically cast Blizzard Spheres which freeze and then Fire Spheres which deal high damage. Getting frozen by Blizzard Spheres will usually result in being wiped by a Fire Sphere.

* When Lahabrea is active the floor will be frozen, causing party members to slip forward when attempting to walk. Igeyorhm will then cast AoE's that do large damage--be very careful not to slip into AoEs in this phase.

===Ascian Prime===

* Dodge AoEs

* Boss will mark two players with a circular AoE with a safe area in the middle. All players should stack up to avoid taking damage.

* Boss will become immune and summon two orbs--Blizzard and Fire--that move towards him. As before, Blizzard will freeze the party if not broken and Fire will deal damage if not broken. Kill the Blizzard orb first in the event there is not enough DPS for both orbs.

* Last phase will spawn four dark portals around the room. The boss will begin casting Universal Manipulation, which deals AoE damage and places a plethora of hazardous debuffs (think Bad Breath with stuns.) Players must jump into the portals before the cast bar completes to avoid Universal Manipulation. Some AoE healing is necessary as the portals place a DoT on each party member.

* At around 30%, the boss attaches orbs to all players. The orbs will follow their tethered players, and damage and apply a debuff if they hit. If a player pops another player's orb, they take the damage, but not the debuff. Therefore it is best for players to pop each other's orbs, minding that the tank and healer should move the least so they can maintain their roles. Players can run from the orbs to stall for time if they have any hazardous debuffs or are too low on HP to survive.
