Personal Housing allows individual players to purchase their own [[housing|houses]] in the 3 [[Housing#Residential Districts|Residential Districts]].

*Personal Housing was introduced in patch 2.38.

==Requirements==
*Character with level 50 in 1 of the [[classes]].

*Second Lieutenant in 1 of the [[Grand Companies]].

*Each character that met the requirements can purchase 1 unowned plot of any size, within any Ward.

==Plot Prices==
The following is a list of starting prices for each World. Plot prices will devaluate once every 6 hours (Earth time), with the original price falling to half after a period of 30 days. Starting from Tuesday, 9/16/2014.
