== [[Job mechanic]] ==
{{action icon|Aetherflow}} is the key action for the job. It generates stacks of a buff that bears the same name, and it can be expended to execute certain [[ability|abilities]]. The mechanic further develops into two:
* {{action icon|Dreadwyrm Trance}} — Consuming aetherflow stacks generate a Dreadwyrm Trance stack instead of fading. Dreadwyrm Trance stacks are used to temporarily enter a special mode that increases magic damage dealt by 10% while lowering the [[MP]] cost of {{action icon|Ruin III}}. It also allows executing {{action icon|Deathflare}} by consuming the trance at once.
* [[Dreadwyrm Aether]] — Upon the end of Dreadwyrm Trance, the character obtains a single Dreadwyrm Aether stack. Once the player has at least two stacks of Dreadwyrm Aether, they can expend it to use {{action icon|Summon Bahamut}} to temporarily replace their currently summoned pet, and gaining extra abilities to use.
