In order to spawn this Boss FATE, 4 [[FATE]]s must be completed beforehand:

[[Ttokrrone]] will not spawn if it is still on cooldown. If the FATE chain restarts from the beginning, then Ttokrrone is on cooldown.

If Ttokrrone is ready to spawn, this FATE will appear on the map within a few minutes after completing the fourth FATE in the chain, although it may occasionally take longer.
