==Unlock and Requirements==
*After completing {{i|AAC Heavyweight M4 (Savage)}}, speak with the [[Wandering Minstrel]] in [[Tuliyollal]] (X:11.1 Y:14.6) as a level 100 Disciple of War or Magic.
*Dancing Mad (Ultimate) can only be accessed via the [[Raid Finder]] after forming a pre-made party of eight players who have all completed {{i|AAC Heavyweight M4 (Savage)}}.
*[[Limited Jobs|Limited jobs]] not allowed
*[[Unrestricted Party|Unrestricted Parties]] not allowed
*Having more than one of any [[job]] in the party will eliminate passive [[limit break]] generation
*If a player logs out or disconnects when combat is initiated, they will be KO'd upon returning to the game.

==Guide==
Players may fall off the edge of the arena to their deaths.

Failing mechanics or being hit by avoidable AoEs will inflict a crippling -90% {{status effect|damage down}} '''[[Damage Down]]''' debuff that lasts for 3 minutes. If the player does not need to be immediately alive for a mechanic, they should incapacitate themself by jumping off the platform and then be resurrected to remove these debuffs, as the {{status effect|weakness}} [[Weakness]] debuff is only around a 25% damage loss that lasts for half the time.

===Phase 1: [[Kefka]]===
The three Graven Image mechanics in phase 1 must be resolved in a certain way to proceed past phase 2. The number of mechanics correctly resolved can be seen at the end of phase 1 by looking at the statue in the background; each correctly resolved mechanic will light a candle.

* Preserve the Double-Trouble Trap debuff until it naturally expires.
* Soak all of the Gravity III puddles before they disappear.
* Use all 16 Tele-portent arrows.

===Phase 2: God Kefka===
If the party does not correctly resolve the three Graven Image mechanics in phase 1 in a certain way, the fight will end after clearing phase 2. The party will receive a short "duty completion" cutscene and a treasure coffer with nothing in it (and no achievement or totem) and will need to leave the instance.

===Phase 3: Kefka, [[Exdeath]], and [[Chaos]]===
This phase features Exdeath and Chaos as the targetable bosses, while Kefka is untargetable and does additional mechanics. Partway through, Kefka will grow to a giant size.

===Phase 4: Kefka, [[Neo Exdeath]], and Chaos===
This phase features the normal-sized Kefka as the targetable boss, while Neo Exdeath and Chaos are untargetable. All three will do mechanics at once.

==Reward==

Upon completing Dancing Mad (Ultimate), players can earn a separate reward once per week. Players who have yet to receive that week's reward can still claim it even if other members of the party have completed the duty prior to the weekly reset. This restriction will be removed in a future patch.

The reward can be exchanged with [[Uah'shepya]] in [[Solution Nine]] (X:8.7 Y:13.5) for [[Palazzo Diamond Weapons]].

Completion of this duty will unlock a new [[Adventurer Plate]] design in a later patch.

*This ultimate raid is the second one themed on the [[Omega (Raids)|Omega]] raid series, after {{i|The Omega Protocol (Ultimate)}}, which only covered the final two fights in the raid series.
*Kefka has voiced dialogue in this raid. He is unvoiced on the original fights.
*This is the first ultimate raid to be added in an x.51 patch. As such, there will be no higher item level dungeon gear released later in the same expansion that will be new best-in-slot gear. Also, based on previous patches, no level 100 gear of item level 795 should be expected to be released in [[Evercold]]. Equipping level >100 gear will result in materia melds being ignored due to level sync, even if the item level is no more than 795.
